Liz Moran is one of the public analysts who protect us from banned substances in food, she is the Public Analyst Services Co-ordinator, President of the Association of Public Analysts and was recently listed as one of the Science Council’s top 100 leading practising scientists. She advised government and industry during the horsemeat scandal and has contributed to government reports on enforcement of food standards.
